Thank you for purchasing from SisiArtWorld. We take great care in creating and packaging each artwork. Because art is unique and often handmade, our return and refund policy is outlined below.

Return Eligibility

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • The artwork arrives damaged during shipping
  • The item received is incorrect
  • The product has a significant defect

To be eligible for a return, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

The item must be returned in its original condition and packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for returns:

  • Custom or commissioned artwork
  • Personalized orders
  • Digital downloads
  • Items damaged due to misuse after delivery

Because original artwork is unique, returns may be limited unless there is a valid issue.

Damaged Artwork

If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Include the following:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged artwork
  • Photos of the packaging

This helps us investigate the issue with the shipping carrier.

Refunds

If your return is approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Shipping costs are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Exchanges

Exchanges may be available depending on product availability. If you would like to exchange an item, please contact us and we will assist you.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • The item arrived damaged
  • The wrong product was sent

Returned artwork must be securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase, as long as the order has not already been processed or shipped.
